These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Malabar Palace website and your reservations, orders, and other dealings with Malabar Palace Restaurant Sdn Bhd ("Malabar Palace", "we", "us", "our"), located at Main Lobby, G8 & G9, Ground Floor, Hartamas Shopping Centre, 60 Jalan Sri Hartamas 1, Sri Hartamas, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. By using this website or booking a table with us, you agree to these Terms.

Reservations & Cancellations

Table reservations made through this website, by phone, or via WhatsApp are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed by our team. We may hold a confirmed table for a reasonable grace period past your stated arrival time; after that, we reserve the right to release it to other guests.

If you need to cancel or change a reservation, please let us know as early as possible by phone or WhatsApp so we can offer the table to other guests. Large group and private dining bookings may be subject to additional conditions, such as a minimum spend or deposit, which will be confirmed with you directly at the time of booking.

Pricing & Menu Availability

Menu items, descriptions, and prices shown on this website are provided for guidance and are correct at the time of publishing, but may change without prior notice. Certain dishes, ingredients, or portion sizes may vary by season or availability. Where there is a difference between the price shown on this website and the price charged in the restaurant or on a delivery platform, the price confirmed at the point of order will apply.
