Malabar & South Indian Cuisine at Malabar Palace

Home Malabar & South Indian Cuisine at Malabar Palace

Malabar Palace's menu is built around Kerala (Malayalee) cooking, the coastal South Indian cuisine of Kerala state, alongside a wider range of North and South Indian dishes. The kitchen runs dedicated sections for rice and biryani, seafood, vegetarian curries, lamb and chicken dishes, and clay-oven breads and kebabs.

The "From The Sea" section draws on Kerala's coastal traditions with dishes such as Kerala Grilled Fish, Meen Pollichathu, Malabar Palace Prawn Curry and Malabari Fish Curry, while "From The Garden" covers vegetarian Kerala classics including Malabar Avial, Malabar Sambar and Thoran alongside Palak Paneer and Kadai Paneer. The Basmati Rices section includes Malabar Biriyani and a vegetarian Fresh Vegetable Biriyani, and the Chicken Delicious and Lamb Delicious sections range from Butter Chicken and Chicken Chettinadu to Malabari Lamb Curry.

Malabar Palace is halal and open daily from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM at Hartamas Shopping Centre, Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur.
